PRIVACY POLICY
At Sarah Con H, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy outlines how we handle the information collected through our website. We use Stripe for payment processing and Seur for shipping, both of which have their own rigorous privacy standards.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all orders over 50€ within the Spanish peninsula. All orders are processed within 2 working days and shipped via Seur. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of delivery confirmation to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You can pay using major credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
